" Personality about My Idol, Bruno Mars "

Hello guyssss....
Welcome back to my blog :)
How are you guys ? I hope you always healthy.
Take care of your health and stay at home :)
So in this blog, I want to tell you about the personality my idol.
Ready for ready it ? Letssss check it out !!!!!! :)

You know Bruno Mars ? I think all of you know who is Bruno Mars.
He is an America singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and choreographer who is known for his stage performances and retro showmanship, and was ranked in Desember 2013 number one on the Forbes 30 under 30 list. He was born born on Tuesday October 8th 1985, in Honolulu, Haawaii, United States. Freedom is the key to Bruno's personality. Bruno Mars loves travel, adventure, variety and meeting new people, and he longs to experience all of life. He also loves to be involved in several things at the same time as long as he is not tied down to any one area. Change is constant in his world, requiring adaptability and courage. With his upbeat and often inspiring personality, Bruno Mars makes friends easily and attracts people from all walks of life. He has a way with words and an uncanny ability to motivate others. Thus Bruno can be very succcessful and happy in sales, advertising, publicity, promotion, politics or any profession that requires comminication skills and understanding of people.

Bruno is multi-talented and posssesses a variety of diverse abilities. However, discipline and focus are the true keys to his success. Without these, many of the tasks Bruno begins will remain unfinished and he will fail to realize the true fruits of his abilitiesWith hard work and perseverance, however, the sky is the limit. Self-employment attracts Bruno Mars powerfully, yet his challenge is to settle into one area to cultivate his ability sufficiently to earn a living and attain success. Once Bruno Mars finds his niche, the motivation and inspiration he supplies others with will bring him much in return, and he will find his friends and colleagues supporting and promoting him on the road to success. He is often a late-bloomer and needs to experience life before he can truly know and commit to his heart's desire. Bruno Mars may be perceived as a wild child by adults and a source of concern by his family. However, he must not be obliged to hurry his choice of career or family. Bruno's challenge is to learn the true meaning of freedom-from-within through his jurney. He should try to maintain an exercise program to keep his body in shape. The flexibility and durability of Bruno Mars' body will promote security and confidence within him.

That's all for me about personality Bruno Mars.
See you on the next blog.

The Place I Want to Visit

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog :)
How are you guys ? I hope you always healthy and stay at home :)
So, in this blog I want to share about the country and places that I want to visited.

Jerusalem is one of the oldest cities in the world, located on a plateau in the Judean mountains between the sea and the Dead Sea. The city is considered sacred in three main Abrahamic religions - Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

Many places I want to visit, but Jerusalem that I want to visit first. Jerusalem has a place that must be visited because it is related to religion, there we can see and feel the history in the Bible. The city of Jerusalem has beautiful and unique architecture. The building has a classic impression, but still elegant. I really want to be rebaptized in the Jordan River, because I want to start a new life and leave my bad qualities. I aspire to bring my parents to visit Jerusalem, a very beautiful and holy place. Hopefully what I aspire to achieve.

I think that's all for me.
See you on the next blog guyssss

Work Experience

My Work Experience after Graduated of Senior High School

Hello guyssss.....
Welcome back to my blog :)
How are you today ? I hope you always healthy :)
oh yaa, in this blog I want to share about my work experience as Telemarking.
Hope you can enjoy it and happy reading :)

Experience 1

I graduated from high school in 2017, at that time I didn't want to go to college, I just wanted to relax at home. After 2 months I began to get bored at home, finally I idly applied for work here and there, after trying several offices that I applied for, I finally got a call at one of the companies in Jakarta as telemarketing. The next day I went to  interview in the office and finally I got away to work there, and the next day I started working. On the first day I explained what my job was, and how I should do it. My job is actually easy but I have to be patient, because my job is to offer insurance to people via telephone. Many of my experiences at work there, one of them when we want to offer insurance well to people, but that person is replying to our phone with rude. The first month I was tired and could not work there, because in the morning I had to leave early in the morning and then go using a very crowded train when in the morning when at the office I had to prepare my mentality to call the customer, hahaha. In that month I only got a small salary not above the UMR because I only got 1 customer. I was contracted by the office for 3 months, so when I want to resign I can't because my contract is still 2 months away. The following month, I inevitably had to be passionate about working and at that moment I got to know more people in the office so my willingness to expel myself changed, and more and more of my friends in the office taught me a lot of things, so the next month I got a salary which is quite large, After 3 months ago, I was offered to extend the contract again or not, then I continued my work so I worked at the office for 1 year. I excluded myself because I wanted to go to college, if there were night classes, I would still continue my work.

Experience 2
Before I graduated from high school too, when I was in grade 2 there was such a thing as PKL (Field Work Practice). Because at that time I went to a vocational school, finally I sent my street vendors application to several offices and I got a call from KOMATSU. My practice during street vendors is only 3 months, but I was extended for 1 month by KOMATSU. I practice in the office not in the factory :), in that area only me and my friend as the female, very awkward at the street vendors there. But over time my friends and I have always been cared for and looked after by them. An unforgettable experience is that every morning it is mandatory to exercise for 15 minutes and the exercise must use a project helmet 😆

That's all my work experience

Studying at University

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog :)
Finaly I meet you again, so how are you guys ? I hope you're good.
So, in this blog I want to talk/share about my study plans at University.

When I was in high school, I thought that college was very fun and free. I felt relaxed during semester 1 and 2, after going through that semester, I began to feel more and more responsibilities that I had to do because I had started many assignments. When we were in college there were a lot of things that we didn't understand before, so actually being a college student was good as long as we could manage our time well.

5 Things Students Must Do To Improve Their Capacity :

1. Become a proactive student
So that lecture material can be digested properly, just being a listener in the classroom is not              enough. The key is to be proactive while the lecture class is taking place. Students must also be able to actively learn and absorb knowledge outside the classroom. Like taking a course or digital learning community.

2. Build a broad network
Improving communication and diplomacy skills is a good point. Extensive network and        relationships will make students have a variety of new knowledge and experience. You can do this by participating in discussions between students, participating in social activities organized by the campus, student organizations, and others. This is great for enriching curriculum vitae and reference sheets.

3. Actively looking for opportunities to increase self capacity
Many other ways to increase self capacity. One of them is by looking for opportunities to get scholarships. For example, student exchange programs overseas expertise programs. Of course the experience gained will be able to open up greater employment opportunities.

4. Actively entering the race
Being a champion doesn't always come first. But taking part in the competition — both academic and non-academic — will be an arena for self-actualization and development. The deepening of knowledge and self ability will gradually be honed and gradually sharpen as students undertake this activity.

5. Participate in social movements
Developing oneself by carrying out activities that have a social impact is an obligation. This can foster a sense of concern and ethics when working in teams. Most campuses have facilitated these social movements through extracurricular activities.

When we have entered college, we must have a high commitment because if we miss it all in vain, we will regret it.
So, that's all for me about my studying at university.
See you next in the next blog, bye :)
