My Work Experience after Graduated of Senior High School
Hello guyssss.....
Welcome back to my blog :)
How are you today ? I hope you always healthy :)
oh yaa, in this blog I want to share about my work experience as Telemarking.
Hope you can enjoy it and happy reading :)Experience 1
I graduated from high school in 2017, at that time I didn't want to go to college, I just wanted to relax at home. After 2 months I began to get bored at home, finally I idly applied for work here and there, after trying several offices that I applied for, I finally got a call at one of the companies in Jakarta as telemarketing. The next day I went to interview in the office and finally I got away to work there, and the next day I started working. On the first day I explained what my job was, and how I should do it. My job is actually easy but I have to be patient, because my job is to offer insurance to people via telephone. Many of my experiences at work there, one of them when we want to offer insurance well to people, but that person is replying to our phone with rude. The first month I was tired and could not work there, because in the morning I had to leave early in the morning and then go using a very crowded train when in the morning when at the office I had to prepare my mentality to call the customer, hahaha. In that month I only got a small salary not above the UMR because I only got 1 customer. I was contracted by the office for 3 months, so when I want to resign I can't because my contract is still 2 months away. The following month, I inevitably had to be passionate about working and at that moment I got to know more people in the office so my willingness to expel myself changed, and more and more of my friends in the office taught me a lot of things, so the next month I got a salary which is quite large, After 3 months ago, I was offered to extend the contract again or not, then I continued my work so I worked at the office for 1 year. I excluded myself because I wanted to go to college, if there were night classes, I would still continue my work.
Experience 2
Before I graduated from high school too, when I was in grade 2 there was such a thing as PKL (Field Work Practice). Because at that time I went to a vocational school, finally I sent my street vendors application to several offices and I got a call from KOMATSU. My practice during street vendors is only 3 months, but I was extended for 1 month by KOMATSU. I practice in the office not in the factory :), in that area only me and my friend as the female, very awkward at the street vendors there. But over time my friends and I have always been cared for and looked after by them. An unforgettable experience is that every morning it is mandatory to exercise for 15 minutes and the exercise must use a project helmet 😆
That's all my work experience
Thank you for reading....
See you on the next blog :)
