Sooo, in this blog I want to share you about my Healthy Habits ?

It's a truism that most of us want to live long, happy, successful, and healthy lives. Unfortunately, in our pursuit of success we often take shortcuts with our health-and wind up suffering from various ailments and disabilities that we could have avoided. It doesn't have to be that way at all. Though many of us live stressful, demanding lives, with just a little tweaking here and there, we can develop habits that will help us live healthier and more productive lives. You know that healthy habits, such as eating well, exercising, and avoiding harmful substances, make sense, but did you ever stop to think about why you practice them? A healthy habit is any behavior that benefits your physical, mental, and emotional health. These habits improve your overall well-being and make you feel good.
And this is my Healthy Habits
1. I take zumba class 2 times a week.
2. I always consume fruits.
3. Every morning after waking up, I immediately drink warm water.
4. I always drink 2/3 liters of water a day.
5. Sleep must be for 8 hours.
6. Stop eating junk food
7. Take a few minutes to work out.
I think that's all for me, And starting today we must have healthy habits, don't accustom bad things. because health is the greatest wealth that gives pleasure and happiness fitness enjoyment throughout the day.
